Travelodge Leeds, Hotel Review

Travelodge Leeds
Let us assume that by now, everyone is aware of the Travelodge hotel chain, but in case you’re not here’s a quick brief of what they offer. Travelodge are your low cost hotel that offers basic amenities and clean, comfortable accommodation. The chain has recently undergone renovation in the vast majority of their hotels, this mainly included a ‘freshen up’ of their rooms offering a modern look for their customers. This week I was invited to stay with Travelodge Leeds and enjoyed a night with the hotel.

Travelodge Leeds is located on Swinegate, directly in the heart of Leeds. They offer guests with cars a discounted rate of £10 parking in the local Trinity car park and are located around a 5-7 minute walk from the train station.

Standard rooms in the Travelodge are a great size, our room was fitted with a King Size bed, Dressing Table, Kettle, Hairdryer and a number of Mirrors, perfect for me! The suite bathroom has beautiful glass doors for a shower
with overhead power shower and fluffy white towels.

Our stay with the Travelodge was required for our attendance of a new bar ‘Slate NQ’ opening in the city centre, considering we were dressed in our 6 inch heels we decided to take a taxi to the bar, our taxi fare from one side of the city to another cost us the grand total of £2.80!

Travelodge is extremely well located for guests wanting to explore the centre of Leeds, opposite the restaurant is a well-known Italian restaurant Bibi’s (the seafood linguine is amazing!), Malmaison is slightly to the left of the hotel and Call Lane is straight in front!

Rebekah Esme Travels was invited as a guest of the Travelodge, however this in no way affects my review and my opinions as always are that of my own.
